When choosing between Climate Control and Non-Climate Control storage, the decision rests on what you are storing, how long you are storing it, and your local weather patterns.

Climate-controlled storage maintains a consistent temperature (typically between 55°F and 85°F) and regulates humidity levels to protect sensitive items from warping, cracking, or growing mold.  Climate Controlled Storage is your best option when storing those things that stay inside your home all year.

Non-Climate Controlled storage is a standard, uninsulated space exposed to ambient outdoor conditions, making it significantly more affordable and ideal for durable items.  If you can store it in your garage all year, a Non-Climate Controlled storage unit may work for you.
